Nice clean waiting area.

Excellent experience.However the price for the parts and service is way overblown. $40 for wipers is too way to much along with the oil and filter change. Total bill was almost $300. I won’t be back.

Great attitude & approach to customers displayed by the personnel at this dealership. Straightforward & no nonsense. Keoki & sales manager Michael wanted our business & founder a way to make the numbers work for all.

After a disappointing experience at Sansing Jeep in Foley, AL, the folks at Champion, at I-10 exit 38 in Gulfport, Mississippi, especially Keoki Laphand, were a pure delight to deal with - straight forward & fair from the word go w/o any pressure tactics whatsoever. Keoki’s manager, Mike Elliott found a way to make the numbers work resulting in some very satisfied customers. We highly recommend this dealership & while we’re sure there are more sales personnel with the same approach as Keoki, we have to suggest seeking him out if you’re interested in a Jeep, Ram, Dodge or Chrysler product. Great service. In and out in under an hour.

After being vehicle-less for 4 months due to a total loss accident not by fault of my own, we started our process of “looking” for a replacement vehicle. We knew with our travels we wanted a more mid-sized SUV and not a compact one this go around. We came to Champion, met with Cedric and told him what we were looking for. Dazell took over and let me take a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a spin! This vehicle was way above my expectations! The room inside is exactly what we were looking for! We opted for a non 3rd row as we don’t need it. We purchased a Red Velvet Pearl with the black out kit and when I tell you…this color is what got us hooked! Mr Wade in finance made sure he explained everything throughly and went over all options for us to choose from. Thank you Cedric, Dazell and Wade for treating us like family! You made this process very easy!
